This Policy explains how GameDay Agency ("GameDay", "we") handles information in the GameDay Creator Network portal.

What we collect

  • Account and verification details: name, email, phone number, sign-in records, invitation and age-confirmation records. If you use Google sign-in, we receive information Google makes available for authentication.
  • Profile details: display name, optional public real name, gender, social handles, niches, timezone, LIVE schedule, bio, photo and membership type.
  • Community activity: channel and private collab messages, replies, reactions, mentions, attachments, collab posts and requests, RSVPs, resource progress, support tickets and reports.
  • Scout information: applications, referral links and attribution, onboarding status, Scout Rules acceptance, legal name, electronic signature, signed agreement, revenue and bonus records.
  • Payout information: account-holder and bank details, account type, routing and account numbers, masked account details, payout status and records of authorized administrative access. Full routing and account numbers are stored in encrypted form.
  • Wallet information: membership-card link and serial number, member name and type placed on the card, and notification text sent through the card.
  • Technical information: device, browser, session, security and log information needed to operate and protect the Portal.

Who can see it

  • Other members can see your display name, social handles, niches, timezone, schedule, bio, photo and other directory information. Your real first and last name are shown to other members only if you choose to share them.
  • Your real name remains available to authorized staff. Your email and phone are visible only to you and authorized GameDay staff and are never shown in the member directory.
  • Channel messages are visible to channel members. Private collab conversations are visible to their participants. Authorized staff may review support conversations, reports and relevant content for safety, support and moderation.
  • Only authorized administrators may reveal full Scout payout details. Administrative access is logged.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate members, run the Portal, manage profiles and invitations, support collabs and events, provide support, administer the Scout Program and payouts, calculate referral bonuses, create and maintain wallet cards, send notifications, secure the service, investigate reports, enforce our rules, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Wallet cards and notifications

If you request a membership card, we share the information needed to create and update it with WalletWallet, which supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Notifications may appear on your device or lock screen and can include announcements, mentions, collab requests, support replies and Scout updates. Anyone with access to your device may be able to see those notices. You can control wallet notifications in your device settings or remove the card from your wallet.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with providers that support authentication, cloud hosting, data storage, email, wallet cards and notifications; with professional advisers; during a business transaction; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect GameDay, our members or the public. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in, and WalletWallet processes information when you use a wallet card. We do not authorize service providers to use Portal information for their own unrelated purposes.

Browser storage and sessions

The Portal uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember necessary settings and operate core features. Disabling this storage may prevent the Portal from working correctly.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account or Scout relationship is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, moderation, tax, payment and other legal obligations. Some records, including signed agreements, payout records, reports and access logs, may be retained after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary. You may edit available profile fields in the Portal and request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@gameday.agency. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that applicable law permits or requires us to keep.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. Sensitive Scout routing and account numbers are encrypted, and access to full payout details is restricted and logged. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Keep your sign-in credentials and devices private, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Age

The Portal is only for adults age 18 and over. We record age confirmation during registration. If we learn that an ineligible minor provided personal information, we may close the account and delete the information, subject to legal and safety retention requirements.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will post the revised date above. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@gameday.agency.
